VOCs or volatile organic compounds are gasses that emit from solids or liquids that can pose certain risks to people. Unfortunately, VOCs can be found right in your own household since they are often present in products widely sold in the market today. Coincidentally, VOC levels have been found to be up to ten times higher indoors than outdoors, according to a report from the Environmental Protection Agency.
